The value of the internet

Do you look for holiday information online? Ever bought anything via the internet? Do you use social networking sites? Do you use the internet to stay in touch? Ever taxed the car on line? Passport application? Compared meercats? With so much information now on the internet, and so many services refering to websites, ‘non-liners’ will soon, if not already, be at a real disadvantage.

Did you know that there are nearly 9 million adults in the UK who have never been online? Or that at least 10 million adults in the UK have never sent an email? People give various reasons for not being online, some just need a bit of encouragement or support.
